Can someone help me? I have a 3:40 minute long video that is in mp4 format that I want to put of my sansa fuze, but whenever I put it into Sansa media converter to load it on it tells me that my file cannot be imported and that I need to install the correct codec. I have two other files of the same video that I converted online into wav and flv files, but media converter just tells me that the files don’t exist.
What can I do to load the video on?
