I recently plugged my Fuze in to my laptop to charge it and a firmware update appeared. I accepted this and ever since the volume has been really low.
I contacted the support team and was told:
“The feature ‘High Volume’ has been removed from the Settings menu of the player in order to comply with the new European Union requirements concerning customer safety. This setting has been removed from your player through the last firmware update.”
I can’t believe it! I want to control the volume not the European Union! I can hardly hear it now…I enjoyed listening to my Fuze so that I could block out everyone whilst travelling on Public Transport etc but now I can’t.
I am gutted! Does any one know a fix for this as SanDisk have basically said it’s tough! Please help!!!
