About a month ago i bought the Sansa Fuze and then synced it to my labtop, i downloaded music onto the Fuze using Windows Media player. Then my labtop crashed, so i got a new computer and i went to plug the Fuz in to the computer to sync it but, nothing pop ups when i plug it in allowing me to sync it to windows media player, any ideas?
try to look for the fuze on “my computer” if its detected. if not, open device manager to see if there’s any problems with the drivers. you will know if there’s any yellow icon beside the device. if thats the case right-click on it then select uninstall. unplug then replug again your player and see if your player is detected properly
if you want this resolved right away, call sandisk.
