I have two clips and one will not show up on computer. It blinks between song that is on and disconnect. It will not charge and will lock up with disconnect showing. I have to reset the clip to get disconnect to go off. I have both clips set the same.
Everything else being equal, if one is exhibiting unusual behavior, I’d call SanDisk Tech Support. They may replace it for you if it’s still under a year old.
