sansa clip + micro sd card does not see :(

sansa clip + device and 32 gb micro sd card formatted. Then I did a fimeware update to sansa then the device did not see any sd card. sd card is not seen when I plug the device into my computer. When I insert the SD card with another device it works fine. I ask for your help

I have configured the device and sd card as fat32

Check your computers usb port (jack) if its working…

Try a different micro SD card in the player. your microSD port on the player might be bad.
