hi, having some problems with my new sansa clip
the device is turning itself on and off again after getting stuck on the refreshing media page
i’ve tried formatting it and downloading the new firmware (it’s all up to date apparently)
it’s a week old and was working fine before but after plugging it into a mac it hasn’t worked properly since?
any help would be great!
