sansa clip+ 2GB

well i just bought my 

sansa clip+  yesterday

and i was listening

to my music then

all of a sudden 

it like shut down

and when i try

to connect it to 

my computer it

wont turn on so 

it wont work!

HELP ME PLEASE!!
