SanDiskSecureAccessV3_mac quit unexpectedly - Catalina

I have SanDiskSecureAccessV3_mac installed in my SSD and when I click on the application, I get this error:

What I have tried so far:

Making sure that I am using version 3.
Making sure that my Catalina is up to date.
Deleting and reinstalling the software.

Things to note:
I have .der and .key files in my SSD which for personal reasons, cannot be deleted.
I saw one suggestion to rename all the files to be free of space. However, I have 80GB of data in the SSD that it’s not viable to go through all of the files.
