Saw this posted issue on another website forum: “When I click on the SanDisk “Vault”, it says it is already open, but I do not know where it is located. It does not come up in a search.”
I’ve been having the same problem ever since I got my SanDisk flashdrive. Here’s my temporary solution to this problem:
Restart your computer with Sandisk flash plugged in. The Vault page opens and you can enter your password & access it.
If I close my Vault, then I would have to restart my computer if I want to re-access the Vault. A pain, but worth it to have a vault on a flashdrive.
