SanDisk USB flash drive - can't install RunSanDiskSecureAccess_Win.exe

Hi

Can you help me?

I was using my SanDisk USB on my old pc and have now I’ve moved to another pc and trying to install RunSanDiskSecureAccess_Win.exe  which is not happening.  I get a 2 small diologe boxes on the screen stating;

  1. SanDisk SecureAccess is already open.

To view your current session, please click on the current

SanDisk SecureAccess window.

 2.  SanDisk SecureAccess Powered by YuuWaa.

and nothing else.

What am I doing wrong??  Any help here would be appreciated

hmmm  Safely remove the flash drive.  Reboot the pc.  Reinsert the flash drive.  Does SecureAccess start?
