SanDisk Ultra ® USB 3.0 Flash Drivе - SDCZ48-016G-U46 stopped working. Acronis Disk Director sees a flash card, but do not format it. Writes that it is necessary to check for errors. Windows also can not format flash card says “disk is write-protected.”

What should I do?

Please, try it in other PCs, if continues to “write protected”, return it, is faulty.

Write Protect error is a known issue and has a huge possibility to be a hardware issue already. Sorry ahead to say this to you. RMA would be a good option I’d say.
