I purchased a SanDisk Ultra 16 gb microSDHC card with SD card adapter. The micro card reads fine in devices. When I insert in adapter to read on PC I get a need to format error when the card reads fine in tablets. I tried multiple cards all with the same error. I even tried to format but it error that it can not complete format. I have an adapter from another manufacture and can read all the cards in it that the SanDisk adapter won’t. I am using a adapter that will read the cards as it works with the other adapter.
