Sandisk SSD 4T self deleting my files. RETURN POLICY?

My disk is deleting my files. I purchased it from Amazon US. I was unaware that there was a publicly known default in the model at the moment I bought it. I already paid a lot of money for its recovery in January, and now it happened again. I bought it less than 6 months ago. I would like to return it the end of this month to Sandisk and get a full refund. What is the procedure?

Have you found the way? If yes, then it is my humble request please let me know how you did it.

you have to open an incident file at WD Customer Support and wait for a response. if your complaint is accepted, meaning that they judge that it is faulty, then they will ask you to register the product for warranty entitlement and possible replacement. If the file is accepted, they will send you a shipping label and send you a new one.

To return your SanDisk drive and request a refund:

  1. Contact SanDisk Support: Visit the SanDisk support website and explain your issue. They will provide instructions for returning the drive and obtaining a refund.
  2. Prepare for Return: Ensure you have your purchase receipt and any relevant documentation. Package the drive securely.
  3. Follow Return Instructions: SanDisk support will guide you through the return process, including shipping instructions and any forms you may need.

For data recovery in the meantime, if you need a software recommendation, EaseUS Data Recovery Wizard can help recover files from malfunctioning drives.
