Sandisk SSD 4T self deleting my files. RETURN POLICY?

My disk is deleting my files. I purchased it from Amazon US. I was unaware that there was a publicly known default in the model at the moment I bought it. I already paid a lot of money for its recovery in January, and now it happened again. I bought it less than 6 months ago. I would like to return it the end of this month to Sandisk and get a full refund. What is the procedure?

Same here. Luckily with EaseUS Recovery I got it all back but not sure I want to stay with Sandisk. SanDisk Extreme SSD Failure: Tips to Prevent from Further Damage

Have you found the way? If yes, then it is my humble request please let me know how you did it.

you have to open an incident file at WD Customer Support and wait for a response. if your complaint is accepted, meaning that they judge that it is faulty, then they will ask you to register the product for warranty entitlement and possible replacement. If the file is accepted, they will send you a shipping label and send you a new one.

I do not want to restore the data. I would want to start the return and refund process. How can I go about doing this? Please help
