SSD 1 TB stopped working

Since I was confident in the SanDisk company, I chose to drink an SSD from this company. And what did I get? The disk that stopped working after a year. I have tried all the options that are described on the Internet as well as on this forum and the result is that I should just throw it in the trash.
I have very important files on my disk, and no one gives any guarantees that the files will be restored. There is an Easeus app on your website, however, and this app didn’t help. Apparently you were well paid for advertising. I demand to find a way to return my files and also to reimburse the repairs. I do not need a replacement, I will never apply for equipment to your company again. I don’t see a normal way to contact support. However, this is a court case, and I am happy to sue you for the fact that you produce products that do not live longer than a year!

Find a way to get my files back, and I don’t need your automatic answers where I need to follow a link that won’t solve my problem in any way!
