I would like to know if this mp3 player support 64G microSD card?

Only if you re-format it to FAT32. It does not support the SDXC (exFAT) natively.

If you put a newly purchased microSDXC (>= 64GB) card in the Clip+ then I wouldn’t expect it to work. SDXC cards are formatted with exFAT since that’s what the standard requires.

That said it is possible to reformat a SDXC card with FAT32. The Clip+ may recognize the card if that is done but I can’t be certain.
