Hi, I’d like to move some non-media files from the iPhone to the USB-lightning SanDisk iXpand Flash drive though the Files app on my iPhone. It used to work but now, when clicking on it, it shows a blank page with written “Untitled.txt”.
The rest of the features in the app is working fine.
Did you find a solution? I experienced the same thing.
Nothing changed. I think the app won’t be update anymore (new iPhones are produced with USB-C port, thus new products from SanDisk probably won’t re-use the existing app and its features).
Have the same problem.
The issue seems to be resolved with the latest update of the app! Now everything’s back !
