Trying to format my 200GB micro SD card I get:

What says:

ERROR: Invalid end of sector signature: 0x83E3 ERROR: exfat\_check\_validate\_boot\_sector returned error 22 Invalid argument ERROR: Initializing cached values failed: 22 Invalid argument ERROR: Generated invalid volume. exfart\_volume\_create\_returned: 22 Invalid argument
