SanDisk Extreme CZ80 16GB has only 14.6 GB free in Windows 10.

I even formated to NTSF. Am I doing something wrong?

Well formating it like a hard drive doesn’t help. FAT32 is all you need.

And the format of the clusters requires space between them so drives are never 100% allocated.
