Sandisk cruzer blade 32 gb turned to Sandisk Anisha 64mb

My 32 gb pen drive suddenly stopped opening and shows only 64 mb of space in Disk management. Also, strangely its name shows Sandisk Anisha. I have tried every repair method on google results, but was unable to do so. 

There are some very important files I need to recover form it. Is there any way out?
