Sandisk 55ae will show no data. I have tried a few things to fix it. I also will not connect to a mac to format.

Hi @swaggscribe,

Have you opened a Support Case? If not opened, for more information, please contact the SD Technical Support team for best assistance and troubleshooting:

Right-click the Start button (the Windows icon), from the menu that appears, select ‘Disk Management’ to open Disk Management and look for your Sandisk portable SSD in the lower panel. If the SSD doesn’t have a drive letter (e.g., I: or J:), right-click on it and select ‘Change Drive Letter and Paths’ to add a new letter. If you cannot find the Sandisk SSD in the list of disks, the issue might be with the drive or the connection. You can try troubleshooting methods such as updating the USB driver on your PC, checking for errors on the SSD using the Windows utility CHKDSK, or reviewing your BIOS/UEFI settings, etc. ( Follow the steps here if you are not sure how to do it:

Check in Disk Utility whether the drive appears as uninitialized. Attempt a low-level format recovery using SD Memory Card Formatter.
