Samsung Galaxy S7 SanDisk Ultra 200GB NOT WORKING on phone or PC

SanDisk Ultra 200GB

Perfect for the Galaxy S7 owner after serious storage space, this 200GB microSDXC card from SanDisk provides transfer speeds of up to 90MB per second and can record full HD video. Announced just last year, this beefy card is ideal for video recording or for storing plenty of movies and music on your Galaxy S7.

I bought this memory card on the recommendation of http://www.androidcentral.com/best-galaxy-s7-microsd-cards

But, the card will not be recoginzed by my S7 … (says it is 30mg … not 200GB … and will not even format the 30mg)

Nor, will it format on my PC … either with the Widows format tool or the SanDisk format tool.

I am using a dedicated card reader that is compatible with SDXC Micro SD …

and it says the card is locked? … how can a micro SD be locked?

There also seems to be no support for Windows 10 on this site? … all the choices for tools go up to Windows 8.1 …

How can I get this card to work?

Is it just faulty?

Thanks for your help …

Ric
