I have created RMA on 9th Jan and sent my WD DRIVE FOR WARRANTY but still i have not heard anything from RMA , when i have checked Royal mail track then it said parcel has been received , also when i checked RMA status it does not say anything.
When i tried from contact us page then it saying wrong serial number , does anyone facing this issue ?
