I would like the members to share their RMA experiences, howlong does it usually take? I live in malaysia so there is no advance replacement program, I just shipped in my HDD to the designated outlet today which in Penang. I forgot to pacj the **bleep** firwire cable and the silly customs recipt,which was not prontable with the label printer. how long do you guys think it will take before I recieve my replacement?
