Hello,
When I plug in my SanDisk Ultrabackup into any of my USB ports it says in Windows Explorer that it is a removable disk and when I click on it it says “Please insert a disk into Drive H”. I know the USB ports work since other Flash Drives work in them.
I am using Windows XP
Can anyone help? Thank you
Looks like a non working flash drive. Contact the tech support if its still under the warranty.
