Refurb Clips and warrantys

Of course this question actually applies to all Sansa’s.  I work for Compusa which is now owned by Tigerdirect.com.  In the store we sell many different Sansa’s and the majority of them we have are refurbished items.  On the product card it states that the refurbished product comes with a 90 day warranty from Sandisk.  Does Sandisk honor refurbished items from Tigerdirect.com/Compusa or is this false advertising on their part.  I do not want to lie to my customers and I used to work for Sandisk Tech support and I just want to know if the policy has changed.  Thank you for your time
