Problems restoring backed up files from Dropbox

I backed up my phone data through Sandisk Memory Zone app to my Dropbox account. When I did hard reset on my phone and installed Memory Zone app again, I tried to restore backed up files from Dropbox. But I get message “Backup result info file is not found”. Why I get this message? All restored data is still on my Dropbox account - I can see it when i log in my account on internet - it’s stored in Folder “MemoryZone/backup”…
