Problem with my passport usb 3.0

hai WD…my external harddisk my passport usb 3.0 is attacking by virus and force to format the harddisk…but after it the harddisk is not run correctly…the file cannot transfer to the harddisk…it will stop while the process and the speed is very slow…what can i do now ?

can i send it to warraty ?

where the wd service center…i live at Kajang,Selangor,Malaysia…
