I got problem with my computer with windows vista. after install windows 7 professionnel, i can’t unlock my passport 1TB. But i remember that i didn’t lock it on the old system (vista). So that i need your help because it’s the only buckup of research report for PhD.

There is not way to unlock the drive without the correct password. If you say the drive was never locked and it is now asking for a password then I think its time to contact WD Support.
