Problem - Retrieving data from a different source - My Passport Ultra

Hi all,

(My Passport Ultra)
I’m trying to retrieve data that was backed up from a different HD.
I can see on the backup section, that in My Passport, there’s a partition of Other Backups (33GB).
I guess that’s the capacity of the backup from this other drive.

In the retrieve section, I can only choose files/directories from the HD i’m using. I can’t see the Backed up volumes selection box.

What to do?

Manually navigate your WD Passport in Windows Explorer. The SWSTOR folder will have a backup of your old computer, identified by your system’s name. You can copy this folder to your Desktop or Documents folder.
