My 2TB passport ultra shows 850gb of back up data but when i go to retrieve all files only shows 130gb

my 2TB passport ultra shows 850gb of back up data but when i go to retrieve “all files” only shows 130gb

after it completes the retrieve i can’t find the files

anybody have suggestions ?

Hello,

Try browsing the backup folder manually.

The backup folder is called “WDSmartware.swstor” and it is located on the root of the drive.
