I have installed the PrivateAccess software and in the My Computer section of the program window it only shows the C: drive and the sandisk flash drive itself. No other mapped network drives appear. I have reformatted the drive as both exFAT and NTFS and reinstalled PrivateAccess each time but the mapped network drives never appear. Please help!
