Permanently Delete Folders From SanDisk Clip Jam

When I connect the MP3 player to computer, it appears that I can delete a folder (such as Audible, Audiobooks, Podcasts folders), but when I turn the MP3 player on again, the folder has been recreated.

Is there a way to permanently delete these folders/prevent them from being recreated? (I only use the Music folder and the rest are unnecessary.) Thank you.
