A critical firmware release is available for multiple Western Digital and SanDisk drives (in the following capacity: 2TB) to address situations in which a drive may be causing a BSOD on Windows 11 24H2.
We highly recommend following the steps below under Resolution to update current firmware by downloading the SanDisk Dashboard. Booting into Safe Mode may be required to start SanDisk Dashboard and install firmware.
