Not reading 32 gb mobile micro sdhc card in my samsung note II. Kindly advice.

Is the card not recognized at all or errors? You may check the card in a different SDHC compatible device or on your pc to see if the card is recognized here. If it is not recognized anywhere, I would suggest to contact SanDisk Technical Support
