Today “My Passport” shows up on devices & printers but it doesn’t show up on file explorer and when I try to open it nothing happens and I’m totally locked out. It also now hums for about 30 seconds like it is warming up them stops and is quiet but still remains non functional. Yesterday it worked fine. Can anyone suggest a way to at least access the data so I can transfer it to a safer place if “MY Passport” has died.
