i removed sandisk after clicking eject on mac.
then i saw the message saying i hadn’t ejected it before removing from computer.
now when i reinsert the sandisk there is no icon showing.
after restarting computer, i tried starting over from the beginning by downloading the software again and re-running the manager but it says i need to run the sandisk secure access from a sandisk external device. i’d love to do that but can’t access it because now there is no icon showing. the sandisk is lighting up intermittantly. what do i do now?
