new fuze player, cant get to main menu,

 just tried to get to the main menu forever since i started getting used to this mp3 player, first of all , all i see is foreign language music, and i think i most defintely hit the wrong language, impossible to get to the main menu,

i am about to give up, thanks for any advice

First off, do you have a Fuze or Fuze+?
