my mp3 stopped working wont shut off i cant access it through the usb port cant access any menu’s all i get is a black screen and a bunch of nothing happening… need major help!!

cant access anything how am i suppose to reset it if i cant get to the format menu i cant access anything not even my music there are no menus!!
A _ reset _ is much different than formatting. Slide the spring-loaded power switch on the side up and hold it there for 20 - 30 seconds. Release, then push it up again momentarily to turn it on. It may start up normally.
