Mypassport drive error in reading-Pls help

Hi All

I use to watch movie using my passport portable hard disk, but since yesterday it cannot work anymore.

I think is due to while I watch movie, then the compoter hang and then I restart the computer without unplug

my passport portable hard disk.Can someone help how to solve this problem ?

Now I can’t to access my passport portable hard disk anymore and I still can heard the “click,click” sound when

I plug the  my passwort to the computer.I try to change it to another computer also cannot work .This means that

my passport is breakdown and Can I still recover my data ?

Check if the drive is showing under disk management if so test the drive using the WD DLG tool.
