My Windows 7 64bit doesn't recognize My Passport 1Tb

Hi,

I buy yesterday a new My passport  1Tb and i cannot see on my pc. I try with WD Quick Drive Format to make NTFS format but always i receive an eror.

Hello, be sure to connect the Passport with the bundled USB cable, avoid using USB extension cables or USB hubs. Check the link below for the steps to format the passport from the Disk Management window.
