My passport 1TB not recognized on different PC's

My Passport WD 1 TB is not recognized. It makes a little noise, it lights 8 times and then nothing more.

I tried on different PC’s, all the same.

Not in device manager, nor as a hidden file.

What is happening?

What OS are you trying to use? A drive formatted for Mac is not visable on Windows.
