Okay, so a day ago i dropped my sansa clip on the ground lik from a height of about 4ft? and i was listening to it, and all of a sudden it just turned off and wouldn’t turn back on. I tried resetting it but it doesnt work. i connected it with my comp but, it can’t detect it. Any suggestions?
It’s possible that the internal lead to the battery became disconnected–has been discussed in other threads. You may want to contact SanDisk and see if a warranty replacement is possible–who knows the cause of the issue. Or you could try to disassemble the Clip and re-attach (by solder or conductive epoxy) the lead.
