I just bought this new sandisk sansa clip on black friday it was good until today I plug usb cable to charge battery to bring it to work and when it press power button it doesn’t turn on OK may be it did not charge I came home plug usb cable to charge I don’t see any light on as it use to. What happen ! Nothing active on screen at all…please help not event 2 month plese do not dead on me…Who should i contact I don’t want to waste my money for this unuseable device
It may not be dead, but merely playing possom. Try resetting it by holding the power button down for 20-30 seconds. Release, then press the power button again momentarily to turn it on. With any luck, it will start up normally.
