the screen has been completely blank even if i try to reset it, format it or plug it in to another power source. The thing is that my computer still detects it and shows what it is and the contents. Anyone know what this is?
Could be that the screen has failed. Only thing I can think to try that you haven’t done already is to manually re-apply the firmware. Good luck!
