16KB Milpitas issue seems to be a common yet random issue

Here is the same error after a few months BIOS sees it as Sandisk Milpitas, it is a Sandisk SSD Plus 480GB.
SSD shows 16kb! of storage and has this strange name “Sandisc Milpitas SSD”.
No SMART available.
How to recover data?
Linux testdisk sees C/H/S only 1 cylinder!
TIA

My SSD happened the same thing! !!!
