My Passport Ultra detected but can't access

I have this 1TB WD Passport Ultra
It appears on my computer but if i try to click/view the contents, it goes to “Not Responding”. I am pretty sure it is detected and nothing wrong with its power.
I tried to check my disk management but stuck in “Connecting to Virtual Disk Service”, tried to uninstall all devices in my USB controllers, tried other computer to access but still the same and tried to chkdsk and format using cmd but nothing happens…
I also tried plugging it in our TV which can read and which means my passport isn’t dead.

Please Help!

Hi, have you tried changing the USB cable? Have you tried running the WD DLG with the drive connected to the computer?

Yes i also tried those but still nothing happens; Changing usb cable didn’t help and running WD DLG can’t detect my WD passport. It froze.
