I brought a my passport essential 1TB hard disk two weeks ago…today morning it is not recoginising in any os(win7,xp,linux,ubuntu)…but light s glowing …plz help me
Hi there, what have you tried on Windows so far? If your Passport on disk management or device manager? What if you try a firmware update or using a booster cable?
