can I please get some suggestions on how to get my hard drive back to life and recorgnized on my windows 7.
More information would help. What’s weong with it?

the hard drive is 320gb WD passport essential ( sliver colour). When I connect it to my computer through usb cable, the hard drive turns on, lights shows on, and i can hear the motor running, however nothing comes up. The computer doesnt recorgnize it. It used to work but suddenly stopped working.
