My Passport 2 TB not detecting in USB 3.0. Its detecting only in USB 2.0 port in all desktops and laptops

My 2TB My Passport hard disk is not detecting in USB 3.0 port. Its only detecting in USB 2.0 Port in all desktops and laptops, from last 1 + year. Now my warranty will expire in July 2021. Please help

best way is back up your data and go to use warranty soon

Have you try another USB3 cable?

From the picture I attached, if the larger size is damage on the cable or on the Passport. That could be the reason why your device connect is USB2 speed.
