My MP3 was working fine yesterday and today when i turned on din’t work. The blue ring turned on but not the scream. I tried to connected to my computer but isn’t responding. what should I do?
Try holding down the power button for 15-20 seconds (or until the blue ring turns off). Once it turns off, try turning it back on like normal.
Once its back on and functioning, I would suggest updating your firmware. The link to the Sansa Firmware Updater can be found below.
